making an impact with therapy, advocacy & community.
Get to know Sarika
Hello, I'm Sarika Karnad, a mental health professional with person centred approach in therapy.
I believe my approach in therapy is ever evolving with experience, trainings and active supervision. My approach (currently) involves building a space for your experiences, beliefs and identity; and understanding, affirming and reflecting on them to work towards our goals together. The most important tool for me in therapy is mutual (and genuine) feedback to make our space effective, safe and comfortable.
My understanding of feminism, neurodivergence, queer identity, and its intersectionality, is largely reflected in my therapy style.
