Get to know Hasti
Hello, I'm Hasti Sabhani, a mental health professional with person centred perspective through a trauma informed lens.
I believe that holding space and understanding different narratives of clients' lives is an important part of the therapy process. I also try to provide collaborative and inclusive support to my clients so they feel empowered and comfortable to make desired long lasting changes in their own lives. As a therapist, I ensure to keep learning through my experience, skill training, readings and supervision in order to keep growing as a professional.
My understanding of the interconnected impact that various personal, professional and societal aspects can have on an individual is reflected in my therapy style.
